Day 2

Day 2               I signed up for my first quest today. I wanted to be excited but since I'm the new guy, all I had to choose from were: HELP!!:   -Giant rats in my basement! Not sure how things got to this point, and I swear to get my life together after this. REWARD: 2 copper per kill (you get whatever is in their nest. I don't care if it's mine, it's gross and I don't want it anymore) Ewwww:  - Slimes are in a field near my livestock.  They're not really doing anything, but they're kind of gross and I just can't...  REWARD : 10 copper per kill, 50 extra copper for completion.          The quest giver didn't have a problem with me taking both, but he was a few beers past drunk and seemed more worried about how valuable the stuff was in my room.  He kept talking about some 'up for grabs' rule for when adventurers don't come back.  He also made me change my shirt before I left because 'he liked that

Day 1

Day 1        I signed up for the guild today.  There was a lot of paperwork, to be honest, I did a lot more signing than reading, and the bits I did read were not encouraging.        I can't remember them perfectly, they were wordy (and in a really small font) but a few of them went like this: Understand we hold no liability in the case of your (the adventures) sudden and (statistically) likely demise. The adventuring party has been informed that their life expectancy drops twenty years upon accepting their first quest. In case of a failed quest, an adventures equipment and currency will be added to the reward cashe of said quest for future adventurers.      I'm not too worried though, I'm sure they throw stuff like that in there to scare off people who aren't really interested.  Besides, I've had plenty of friends join the guild that I used to write to all the time.  It's kind of annoying how they never write back anymore.
